Vital Rehabilitation is a network of outpatient therapeutic clinics in the Chicagoland area committed to providing the absolute highest level of quality care. Vital Rehabilitation is a therapeutic company, founded in 1995 by licensed Physical Therapist Tom Kokocinski, which provides services to adults and children at our outpatient clinics or at the patients home.
Vital Rehabilitation incorporates a unique multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation therapy utilizing the skills and expertise of a diverse team of specialized therapists. Vital Rehabilitation employs Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Therapists, Developmental Therapists, Social Workers, Counselors and contract physicians. Vital Rehab also incorporates cooperative onsite relationships with rehabilitation specialists.
Vital Rehabilitation has successfully launched the Aquatic Therapy program (only at the Irving Park Clinic) for pediatric and adult patients, pediatric Sensory Integration and Vestibular Rehabilitation programs. Other areas of expertise include Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Conditioning programs. Our therapists are highly trained in manual therapy, orthopedics, sports medicine and neurological disorders. Vital Rehabilitation offers a broad range of additional rehabilitative services with programs in amputation, wound care, lymphedema management and home visitations. Vital Rehabilitation is constantly developing new adult and children programs in order to meet the needs of our patients and the community.
