

Aquatic Therapy is the use of water as a medium to provide patients the ability to perform their therapeutic exercises in a weightless environment. Treatment can begin sooner than on land in some cases. There is less pressure on joints by reducing gravity’s effect which can help improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Exercises in the water also promotes cardiovascular fitness, and can help patient’s with the following diagnosis:
