Vital’s Illinois State Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors and Clinical Social Workers are trained to work with special needs children, adults and families. Our Counselors are able to counsel families or individuals who are affected by any of the following:

• Transitioning process from Illinois Early Intervention Program into School System

• Parenting skills for child with developmental delays
