Vital accepts most insurance plans. Our insurance coordinator will verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment, so you are aware of your coverage. We highly recommend you contact your insurance carrier to learn more about your benefits. Please note, your insurance policy may require you pay a deductible, co-pay, and/or percentage of the cost of your therapy services.
