Developmental Therapy is a specialized therapy which focuses on the whole child’s development – physical, cognitive, communication, social/emotional and adaptive/self-help skills.

Developmental therapists use standardized testing tools to assess the child’s level of development. Based on test results, a personalized developmental treatment plan is designed to address the areas of concern for the child’s optimum learning.

Services are provided by Developmental Therapists who hold Masters Degrees in Education, Developmental Therapy or Child Development and are credentialed by the State of Illinois’ Early Intervention Program.
