| CANCELLATION POLICY We require that patients give therapists 24 hour notice if they need to cancel their therapy session. We understand that emergencies occur, but please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. After 3 "no shows", Vital Rehab reserves the right to put the patient on a waiting list for therapy. Due to an increase in patients, we have to enforce our cancellation policy. A "no show" is defined as not being home or not showing up for a scheduled appointment and did not call to cancel the appointment.
